Hey,
This is Md. Shakhawat Hossain, MBA (Marketing), MA (ELT) from Jahangirnagar University, a leading expert with 15+ years of experience in English language teaching, TESOL training and IELTS training.
I am the Founder and CEO of TalentHut TESOL Academy and TalentHut Language Training Centre, founded in 2011, and serve as the Advisor and Head of Training at the Language Instructors' Association of Bangladesh (LIAB). My corporate training expertise includes collaborations with the Bangladesh Army, SBTTC, RIT, Rangs Group, TTTI, and garment-based organisations, like Zunok Consultancy, SDS International, Gildan, Urmi Group, along with top corporate houses in Bangladesh and worldwide.
I am also the author of "Sohoj Vashay Spoken English", a book designed for Bengali speakers to learn English effectively through simple and practical methods. This book, based on my vast experience and research, helps learners build confidence and achieve fluency in English, making it an essential companion for anyone on their language-learning journey.

My Background & Journey
My journey began with a passion for communication and a belief that English can open doors for anyone, regardless of background. I pursued academic excellence through an MBA in Marketing, MA in English, and MA in ELT from Jahangirnagar University — laying the foundation for a life dedicated to teaching and training.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve taught and trained thousands of learners — from school and university students to corporate professionals and government officials. In 2011, I established TalentHut Language Institute with a vision to create a supportive, innovative space for English learning in Bangladesh.
Along the way, I’ve collaborated with the Bangladesh Army, Rangs Group, TTTI, and various training institutes. These experiences have enriched my perspective, sharpened my methods, and strengthened my commitment to making English education relevant and accessible.
