This 4-month Corporate English Teaching Training Course is designed for ESL professionals in Bangladesh seeking to specialise in corporate language training. With 150 hours of theoretical instruction and 150 hours of practical teaching, this TESOL/TEFL-equivalent course equips teachers to train business professionals in English for communication, negotiation, presentation, meetings, and workplace writing.
Participants will develop both academic and workplace-focused instructional techniques essential for corporate office settings.

Corporate English Teacher Training Program

Part 1: Theory & Methodology – 75 Hours

Module 1: Foundations of Corporate English Training (5 hours)
- Role of English in the global workplace
- Understanding learner needs in the corporate sector
- Setting business-focused learning outcomes
Module 2: Teaching Business Communication Skills (15 hours)
- Email writing, reports, and memos
- Professional vocabulary and tone
- Politeness, conciseness, and cross-cultural clarity
Module 3: Teaching Business Speaking & Listening (15 hours)
- Meetings, negotiations, and teleconferencing
- Listening for gist, intent, and technical terms
- Presentations: structure, delivery, and feedback
Module 4: Pronunciation & Accent Reduction (10 hours)
- Common L1 interference for Bangladeshi learners
- Stress, rhythm, and intonation
- Business pronunciation drills and exercises
Module 5: Corporate Teaching Methodology (15 hours)
- Needs assessment and course design
- Adult learning psychology and motivation
- Evaluation tools and performance tracking
Module 6: Materials Design & Lesson Planning (15 hours)
- Using case studies, role-plays, and authentic materials
- Customising textbooks for corporate learners
- Tech tools for blended and online delivery

Part 2: Practical Teaching Sessions – 75 Hours

Peer-to-peer mock teaching

Assessment & Certification

Lesson Plan Portfolio – 20%
Written Final Exam – 30%
Practical Teaching Demo – 50%

Certification: Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 150-hour TESOL Certificate in English Teaching, approved by Westminster College London & TalentHut TESOL Academy, accredited by the CPD UK Government. and suitable for ESL jobs in Bangladesh and abroad.
