Class Time: Each Class 90 minutes (Weekly 3 days face to face)
Theory & Methodology: 75 Hours
Practicum Teaching: Micro Class 10 minutes for each person (Total 75 hours, Weekly 3 days face to face)
Mode of Teaching: Online (Google Meet) or Offline (face to face) in English
Certifications: TESOL global certificate accredited by Westminster College London & CPD UK. Intern and Pedagogy Practice Certificate by TalentHut TESOL Academy.
Classroom size: 10 trainees per class

The 150-hour TESOL Certification course combines theoretical foundations of language teaching with practical classroom techniques, tailored for both online and offline ESL/EFL contexts. The program covers key areas such as language acquisition, lesson planning, classroom management, teaching grammar and skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), and student assessment—all aligned with international TESOL/TEFL standards. Whether you’re planning to teach English in Bangladesh or globally, this course provides the tools, techniques, and credentials needed to become a confident and effective ESL teacher. Participants will receive:

Course Structure

Part 1: Theory & Methodology (75 Hours)

Delivered over the first half of each session.

Module 1: Foundations of ESL Teaching (15 hours)
- Introduction to ESL/EFL
- Learner-centered approaches
- Differences between ESL & EFL
Module 2: English Language Skills (15 hours)
- Teaching Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing (LSRW)
- Integrating the 4 skills in one lesson
- Task-based language teaching
Module 3: Language Systems (10 hours)
- Grammar and vocabulary instruction
- Phonetics and pronunciation
- Common learner errors
Module 4: Teaching Methods (15 hours)
- GTM, CLT, TBLT, PPP, ESA
- Teaching Young Learners vs Adults
- Using ICT in ESL
Module 5: Lesson Planning & Assessment (10 hours)
- Micro-teaching
- Lesson objectives & scaffolding
- Formative & summative assessment
Module 6: Classroom Management & Professionalism (10 hours)
- Managing large classrooms
- Handling mixed-ability learners
- Teacher’s role & code of conduct

Part 2: Practicum Teaching (75 Hours)

Delivered in the second half of each session, guided by trainers.

Certification & Assessment

Final Evaluation:

Written Exam (30%)
Practical Teaching Evaluation (50%)
Lesson Plan Portfolio (20%)

Certification: Upon successful completion, participants will receive a 150-hour TESOL Certificate in English Teaching, approved by Westminster College London & TalentHut TESOL Academy, accredited by the CPD UK Government. and suitable for ESL jobs in Bangladesh and abroad.
