With extensive experience as an ESL teacher and teacher trainer, I have been guiding learners in English proficiency since 2005. From 2005 to 2012, I worked as an IELTS instructor in various language centres, helping students achieve their target scores. Currently, I serve as an IELTS instructor at TalentHut and act as the Head of Training at the Language Instructors’ Association of Bangladesh, leading teacher training programs to empower educators with effective teaching methodologies.

2007 to Current
With a strong background in Public Relations and Management, I worked as a Call Centre Executive in foreign call centres from 2007 to 2012, honing my communication and leadership skills. My last corporate role was as a Team Leader at Banglalion Communications Limited, where I led teams to success. Now, I proudly serve as the CEO of TalentHut, driving excellence in language training and professional development.
Public Speaking & Content Creator
2016 to current
As a Public Speaker and Content Creator, I have led numerous seminars, symposiums, and workshops locally and globally, empowering learners and professionals with effective communication skills. Since 2016, I have been creating educational content for my language institute, TalentHut, sharing knowledge worldwide through YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. My mission is to inspire and educate through impactful training and digital learning.
